About this apartment rental
The apartment is located 4 miles (~10 minute drive) from Beaver Stadium and the Penn State campus. This rental is for the walkout basement apartment, located in the back of the house, with 1 bedroom, a full bath, and a full kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults: one queen-size bed, a queen-size sofa sleeper, a twin day bed, and a full-size futon; air mattresses are available upon request. Spacious, open living area is equipped with plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV, bar (BYOB), and full-size pool table. Fitness center includes treadmill, elliptical, and home gym. There is plenty of outdoor seating (gazebo, picnic table, fire pit) with access to a hot tub (seats 5-6 people) and a large, open backyard. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views and in close proximity to Bernel Park and the airport (SCE). Please note, the owners will be home during your stay.

Communication with the host was great. No issues. The home and amenities were excellent and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen for easy food prep and storage. Bathroom was immaculate and fully stocked for immediate use. TV and lounging area were very comfortable and spacious. Sleeping accommodations were great and full bedding for what we used. Easy parking. Just minutes from airport, campus, stadium, and easy to get downtown. Also close to Toft Trees restaurants and golf course. We have stayed here several years running and is our first choice when visiting PSU. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay over a football weekend.The downstairs apartment was clean, had plenty of room and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hopefully we’ll stay again when we visit PSU.

Overall we felt the online posting was quite deceptive. We were under the impression that the entire house was being rented when we booked. Only the one bed was big enough for 2 full sized adults to fit so one guy ended up sleeping on the floor. The owners should have mentioned the fact that only the basement of the house was available for renting. Also should have mentioned the fact that you planned on staying at your house during our rental weekend. We did think the basement we stayed in was very nice. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub
