About this apartment rental
Studio completely renovated, comfortable, 19m2 + a large balcony of 5m2 south side with a breathtaking view of the station.
Internet in ADSL exclusive to the apartment included (speed of 20Mbits / s) in Wifi and / or by cable.
Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, as well as dishes and cooking utensils for induction including a pressure cooker.
Also available, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Television of 1m diagonal (40 inches) with French DTT and foreign channels (English, German, and Spanish), and equipped with a Google Chromecast.
Fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub with shower column and glass shower screen.
Suspended WC separate from the bathroom.
The bedding consists of a retractable bunk bed in solid spruce, including 2 beds of 80cm wide suitable for 2 children as well as a foldaway double bed also in solid spruce of 140cm. When the double bed is folded away, a sofa can be used. All the beds can be folded away leaving duvets and sheets, only the cushions must be removed also for the sofa. All mattresses are new and of high quality.
The Brelin building is directly "ski-in ski-out", located at 1850m above sea level overlooking the Croisette which is accessible by elevators. The view of the Loup valley and Mont de la Masse is completely unobstructed. The 3 Valleys ski area is directly accessible with an adapted lift pass.
A shopping mall is accessible directly in the building, with ski rental companies, small supermarket, bar, take-away pizzas, books. The sale of ski lift passes is also directly available in the building by a vending machine.
If you are coming by car, a large free public outdoor parking lot is located at the foot of the building, and provides direct access to the elevator that serves the apartment. In case of heavy snow, provide special chain-type equipment.
If you are coming by train, buses from Moutiers bus station take you to Les Ménuires bus station, then an elevator takes you directly to the building.

Superbe semaine dans cet appart très cosi, bien équipé,au pied des pistes et vue sur la Croisette,propriétaire très réactif et au petit soins pour ses hôtes.
Seul petit bémol…manque peut être des chaises et une petite table sur le balcon pour profiter du soleil.

I am skiing in France since 1989, and this apartment was the best, I ever stayed during my skiing vacations in the French Alpes: tiny, but conveniently located slope side, furnished with everything we needed during our ski trip. Everything was as described by the owner. There was no surprise and nothing to complain. We enjoyed it during our vacation.

Appartement calme, ski aux pieds, très belle vu sur le massif montagneux, balcon au sud, toutes les commodités à proximité dont certaines dans le bâtiment. Appartement de taille convenable pour 3 adultes et très bien équipé en matériel et appareils de cuisine.

L'appartement n’avait pas dans de très bonnes conditions de propreté. Fromages très avancés dans le frigo, trace rouge (sang?) sur le bord supérieur du lit superposé, protège matelas taché, des cheveux sur les matelas, les protections de tabourets tachés, nous avons nettoyé le plus visible, passé l'aspirateur et donné un coup de propreté. Bref un bon séjour et un appartement agréable.
