Located in the heart of the village of Suze-la-Rousse, this air-conditioned 170 m² villa benefits from a rare location, just 2 minutes walk from shops. Its major asset: an unobstructed view of the famous Château, home of the Wine University, which gives your stay a true touch of history and Provençal charm.
On the ground floor garden level, a bright and modern living space:
- Fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine), open to a friendly dining room
- Air-conditioned living room, carefully decorated, bathed in light thanks to a large bay window
- A bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet
Upstairs, a south-facing sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140cm) + ceiling fan
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160cm) + air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (160cm) + 1 single bed for child + air conditioning
Outside, enjoy a carefully landscaped garden with several relaxation areas: outdoor lounges, reading spaces, sunbathing zones...
The swimming pool 3.5 x 6.5 m, secured by an immersed alarm, invites you to coolness throughout the summer.
The terrace shaded by a magnificent mulberry plane tree is perfect for your outdoor meals (charcoal BBQ + electric plancha).
A summer lounge with a second fridge and washing machine facilitates your comfort during the stay.
