The beautiful 2-bedroom duplex apartment is located in the newly completed house Mateika in the heart of Westerland. You reach the apartment with east orientation in the 2nd OG comfortable with the elevator.
It lies at the end of the corridor, so that no noise is expected by the neighbors. Through the hall, with access to the first bathroom, you reach the spacious open, bright living room with fitted kitchen, TV and comfortable seating area.
From here you can also access the balcony which - facing east - offers the Sylt morning sun. Through the internal staircase you reach the bedroom, with access to a full and spacious bathroom. In the bedroom is the large Loewe TV with the Telekom Entertain TV package.

This is characterized in particular by our exclusive beds of the company Hästens. If you arrive by car, there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. If you want to bring your own bikes, there are parking spaces at the house. The accommodation of bicycles in the house or in the apartments is prohibited.
