The modern and very comfortably furnished 4-room apartment has three separate bedrooms. one of them has an attached spacious ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The two other bedrooms share an additional shower room. From the living room with kitchenette and dining area it opens onto the large balcony. The apartment also has a hallway with cloakroom and a small storage room next to the kitchen. The apartment has a parking space on the property. Depending on the size of the vehicles and two can be parked one behind the other. Villa Teutonia is located about 300m from the beach promenade.
