Villa Maria was rebuilt at the turn of the millennium. Some apartments have sea views. In the basement of the house there is a shared bike room as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The car can be parked free of charge in the underground garage.

Apartment 10 (1st floor) is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven open to the living area. Bedroom with double bed, closet, TV and safe. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed possible for 1 additional person, TV, radio and DVD player. Balcony from the living room and bedroom accessible with a small sea view. Washer and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Bicycle storage room and an underground car park (no large cars) are available free of charge. Laundry package per person 15, -. Please order in advance or book online. Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
