In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. In winter, the house with central heating (underfloor heating) is comfortably heated. The well-equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and all utensils that require cozy, shared cooking. TV and audio system are available for entertainment.
