It is a detached and light flooded detached house with garden. Due to the fantastic location it takes only 5 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. On the ground floor beautiful tiles were laid in wood look. A vinyl floor in light wood look can be found in the upper floor. GROUND FLOOR: Living area with comfortable couch, flat screen TV, woodburning stove, dining table with 6 chairs, modern fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and dishes and cutlery. We charge a security deposit of 150 euros - refund in case of damage. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
