About this apartment rental
The beautiful newly built and light-flooded 3-room apartment (first occupancy mid-August 2019) is located in a quiet, yet central area of Zingst. The apartment has a total of three rooms, including two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower shower) and radio. An automatic ventilation ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Enjoy your stay: On 64 m2, the high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment offers space for up to 4 people (in the small bedroom is a pull-out bed for the fourth person). The decor consists of bright Nordic-style furniture and comfortable seating. In the hall there is a "Pantoffellicht" with motion detector, smoke detectors are self-evident.
The large terrace faces south / west.
The above-average equipment includes of course WLAN and LAN, a built-in gas fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils, and beautiful wooden flooring made of planks.
A car parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room are also available.
