Equipment Among the many advantages of the apartment is not only the central location on the Baltic Sea in Boltenhagen Mitte, but also the practical as well as tasteful decor. In the living room there is a comfortable dining area and a welcoming sitting area. The sofa is extendable and offers enough space for two guests if necessary for the night's sleep. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The spatially separated kitchen offers high quality appliances for all needs. The bathroom features a bathtub with integrated shower, towel dryer and washing machine. Special features The fresh air of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony. There is no need to climb the stairs: the apartment is easily accessible via the hotel elevator. The underground parking space for your car can be rented if necessary for 3 € / Üb. (Outside parking spaces are not part of the system). For our youngest guests there is already a high chair and a children's travel cot incl. Matching mattress available for free use. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included.
