The apartment is surrounded by a fenced garden, which is available to both parties for shared use. Within a mile (1.6 km) there are several shopping options for daily needs and 2 restaurants. Whether on foot, by bike or by car, the location is ideal. The charming town center of Leer can be reached by bicycle on the Ostfrieslandwanderweg in about 15 minutes; The Ostfrieslandwanderweg as a starting point for bicycle tours is only about 350 m from the apartment. The highways (A31 u. A28) can be reached in about 6 minutes. Dear guests, we are pleased that we have aroused your interest and try to describe and introduce the apartment in a few words. Our comfortably furnished apartment can be reached via a private entrance. The approximately 46sqm large living-dining area is like the entire apartment nicely decorated and modern. The dining room is followed by the furnished conservatory. From there, as well as from the living room, you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful garden, which is available for shared use. In front of the conservatory is the furnished terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has an exit to our second, in this case, covered terrace. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and darken with outdoor shutters. The generously sized bathroom has the following features: vanity, toilet, bidet and a walk-in shower with swing door. In addition, there is a separate guest bathroom with a 60cm wide vanity. To be able to enjoy the stay from the first minute, the beds are already made upon your arrival. All living rooms including conservatory are with insect screens or Equipped doors. For a maximum of 2 cars corresponding parking spaces are available on our property. You can put your bikes with you in our lockable log cabin. Here is also the opportunity to charge e-bikes. You do not have to worry about the final cleaning of the apartment. We will do it for you for free. The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection. Next you have a phone at your disposal with which you can make free calls to the German landline. From now on we offer our guests a small beverage service at standard prices. If you do not feel like preparing your own breakfast, we offer a breakfast on request for the price of 8.00 € / person. Additional services: By arrangement, you can use our bread and shopping service during your stay or before your arrival.
