Equipment The secluded apartment with a sheltered terrace is located on the west side of the well maintained apartment complex between the central promenade and the Ostseeallee Boltenhagens, close to the beach. The light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor and has a comfortable living area with large flat screen TV, mini stereo, DVD player, an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom with plenty of storage space, shower room with toilet and large terrace. In addition to modern kitchen appliances, the eat-in kitchen also offers you a small seating area as an ideal place for common meals. In the bedroom you will find next to a comfortable double bed a third bed in the same quality and a spacious wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200cm) can be transformed by folding into a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people. The southwest-facing terrace also invites as a dining area or to relax. An underground parking space you can rent for a fee (3, - € / night). An elevator is available. Special features The apartment is due to its easy accessibility also very suitable for seniors and is located only about 80 m from the Baltic Sea. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
