The property is located on a quiet residential trail and consists of a large lawn, which is available exclusively for guests. The fine sandy, gently sloping beach can be reached in just 150 m via a staircase. You will be amazed by the quality and spaciousness of the beach.

The house has a total of 160 sqm, which is divided into the main area with 120sqm and an additional residential unit with 40 sqm. On approximately 120 square meters of living space are distributed 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with dining area and fireplace, 1 guest bathroom and 1 full bath with tub and shower. The large south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room. From the bedroom upstairs you have over the wide loggia a view of the Baltic Sea. The two box spring beds have two mattresses and a topper with a total width of 180 cm. The second bedroom has an equally large double bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. This living area has 4 beds and an extra bed if required. Separated by a corridor you enter the 2. Residential unit.
