Exclusive 2-room apartment "Dünensonne OG" with about 42 square meters on 2 levels (ground floor, floor) for up to 2 people. The apartment was extensively renovated in the style of the "Outer Banks" on the east coast of the USA. In a quiet, but central location in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. All shops and restaurants of the village street and the sea dike are reached in just a few minutes. Allergikerfreundliches domicile without carpets.

Living room with corner sofa (3-4 persons), TV (cable), stereo (with Bluetooth function and DVD player) and dining table with 3 chairs. Semi-open kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Philips Senseo capsule coffee machine. No microwave, no oven.

Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair. Direct access to the furnished, covered balcony to the northeast overlooking the garden.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, fan heater and natural light.

Hall with wardrobe in the entrance area on the ground floor.

Comfortable direct heating. Covered bike racks behind the house. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: Parking is free on the street in front of the house.
NOTE: Due to the staircase that leads to the apartment, booking with small children is not recommended.
