The 70m ² large bungalow consists of a living room with sofa bed (140x200cm), decorative fireplace and TV, a dining and games room with dining table and wood stove, a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a hallway, and toilet and Shower (separate). The bedroom has a double bed.
The massive bungalow is located on the outskirts of Gristow. It offers 3 rooms and a conservatory. The approximately 1000 square meter garden consists mainly of lawn and 10 smaller fruit trees. House and garden are completely enclosed by hedges, you live in the countryside. The apartment has two partially covered terraces with dining table, sitting area and barbecue. The Baltic Sea (Greifswalder Bodden, Gristow Bay) is only about 200 meters away. House, terrace and garden are sheltered by the convenient location (between the forest and large trees on the water). The garden is for playing and resting (hammock, deck chairs) available. A car parking space is available behind the house and completed by a garden gate.
