The beautiful 3-bedroom duplex apartment is located in the newly completed house Mateika in the heart of Westerland. You reach the apartment with south-facing terrace via a separate entrance. It is located away from the road and quiet. Through the hall, with access to the first bathroom, you reach the spacious open, bright living room with fitted kitchen, TV and comfortable seating area and the BIG SOFA. From here you reach the south terrace with cozy lounge furniture. Enjoy the summer evenings looking towards the setting sun. Through the internal staircase you reach the two exclusive bedrooms, each equipped with beds from the manufacturer Hästens. Both bedrooms have carpenter-made generous closets and modern TV sets. The bedrooms have a separate bathroom. We have the apartment due to our experience very high quality and lovingly furnished. We are happy if you like it with us.
