Villa Bonita is located just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach in Börgerende, in Seestraße 56b. The house is only separated by a bicycle and footpath on the dunes of the Baltic Sea. The natural beach, which is separated into textile and nudist sections, can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot. In the neighborhood there are the confectioner Ottilie with an exceptional range of cakes, a pizzeria and the corner shop with a corner shop and beach items. The cities of Rostock (about 20km) and Wismar (about 50km) are easily accessible by car with all your tourist attractions.

New building, first occupancy 2018 The 72 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the Villa Bonita, a modern yet classically styled apartment house in the Seestraße 56 b and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It has a large balcony with direct view of the Baltic Sea. Furnished in a minimalist style with high quality furniture, the 3-room apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, a combined living-dining room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a private parking space directly at the house. In the brightly furnished living room, a cozy couch and a large dining table, which comfortably seats four people, invite you to linger. The floor-to-ceiling window elements provide light-filled living enjoyment and provide access to the balcony. The underfloor heating ensures in all seasons for a pleasant indoor climate and comfort. The apartment has two bedrooms. In both there is a comfortable double bed, in one roomy wardrobe and in the other a dresser. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. With the Marshall Bluetooth system, you can enjoy your entire music library while on vacation. If you are tired of the sound of the sea, there is a flat screen TV in the living room and a bedroom. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nesspresso Delonghi machine, kettle and from the saucepan to the egg cup a complete kitchen equipment. The bathroom with window and walk-in shower has a vanity with large mirror, storage space for your laundry and a hairdryer. In the storage room located in the apartment you will find a laundry rack and have storage space. To save you space when you arrive, there is a baby bed available for your baby. More baby beds and high chairs can be booked for a fee. A laundry set can be booked for a fee. Pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking apartment. An elevator is not available.
