The natural beach, which is separated into textile and nudist sections, can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot.   In the neighborhood there are the confectioner Ottilie with an exceptional range of cakes, a pizzeria and the corner shop with a corner shop and beach items.   The cities of Rostock (about 20km) and Wismar (about 50km) are easily accessible by car with all your tourist attractions.

It has a large balcony with direct view of the Baltic Sea.   Furnished in a minimalist style with high quality furniture, the 3-room apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, a combined living-dining room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a private parking space directly at the house. In the brightly furnished living room, a cozy couch and a large dining table, which comfortably seats four people, invite you to linger. The floor-to-ceiling window elements provide light-filled living enjoyment and provide access to the balcony.   The underfloor heating ensures in all seasons for a pleasant indoor climate and comfort.   The apartment has two bedrooms. In both there is a comfortable double bed, in one roomy wardrobe and in the other a dresser. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. With the Marshall Bluetooth system, you can enjoy your entire music library while on vacation. If you are tired of the sound of the sea, there is a flat screen TV in the living room and a bedroom. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nesspresso Delonghi machine, kettle and from the saucepan to the egg cup a complete kitchen equipment.
