The 84 sqm semi-detached house is equipped for up to five people very high quality and is located in the exclusive residential complex "Simon of Utrecht" only 3 minutes walk from the fine sandy beach and the spa center.
On the ground floor is a cozy living and dining area with fireplace, a well and modern equipped open kitchen and a shower room. There is also a room on the ground floor with a washer-dryer, ironing board and iron next to the entrance area.
Upstairs are two high-quality bedrooms each with a double bed, a shower room and sauna overlooking the nature. A cot is available in one of the bedrooms.
In the loft of the house is another bedroom with two joinable single beds.
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, beach chair and a charcoal grill for cozy barbecues. In addition, the semi-detached house has its own garden shed and two parking spaces.
