In Nanteuil la Forêt, in a small village in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Montagne de Reims, 5 km from Hautvillers, cradle of Champagne, 9 km from Epernay and 100 km of cellars, and 13 km from Reims, discover in our house, a new cottage and comfortable for 4 people, quiet and independent access.
It is composed :
A very bright and comfortable living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed 2 places (140x190 Bultex mattress), LED TV, and wifi access.
A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave / oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and Senseo appliance, kettle, toaster ...).
Of a room with bed 140x200 and cupboard.
A bathroom with large shower 80x160, basin and hair dryer.
Independent toilet, with washing machine.
A private covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Beds made on arrival, towels and home provided (possibility of adding a cot)
Private parking.
Tourist brochures available.
Pets not allowed and non-smoking accommodation.
All charges included (water, electricity, heating).

Rien à dire si ce n'est que ce logement est parfait et correspond exactement à la description et aux photos du site.
Propreté, aménagement moderne, complet et en excellent état, amabilité, discrétion mais disponibilité des propriétaires....Parking devant le logement
Dans un petit village, entre Reims et Epernay ,au calme car le logement donne sur de grands champs, c'est un endroit idéal pour séjourner quelques jours ou plus...Nous sommes restés 3 semaines !
Nous sommes des habitués de la location et ce logement est l'un des mieux - voire le mieux -que nous ayons loué.
Allez y les yeux fermés !!!!!

Cottage was comfy, warm & cosy.
The bed was so nice that we slept well every night.

Logement parfait pour être au calme, de belles visites à faire aux alentours. Propriétaires sympas avec une petite attention à notre arrivée.

Christelle en Sébastien zijn erg gastvrij, prettige ontvangst, fles champagne (€15,60 èn lekker) staat klaar. Rustige en fijne lokatie met heerlijk terras op het zuiden. Midden in de Champagne streek, goed uitgangspunt voor bezoeken aan Reims en Épernay. Neem voor de eerste avond wel iets te eten mee, er zijn geen winkels of restaurants binnen 10 kilometer.
