I really enjoyed staying here. It was a well decorated and well equipped place. I will definitely return if I need a longer staying place again.

The cleaning services offered price range I found pretty high.

Apartment is nice, enough for two person or couple with safe secured facility. Cannot be accessed by anyone or intruders. Each Card only accessible to its unit floor area. Since i booked two apartments for my Partner and brother. Property owner provides comprehensive informations, away from loud noise from the street, 7-11 is just the back of the building compound and other is 3-5 minutes walk, Although the location is quite far 10-15 minutes walk to On-Nut station. Apart from that what i like is, the Lutos Supermarket, night market and Century Mall next to station which gives us more options for food, shopping and many more. Nice to complement that from my 4th times stay and visit in Bangkok this apartment is better and cost is fair enough for basic standard room/apartment where i stayed. Feels home that you’re in Bangkok. Take note only that Pool can be accessed if you booked 1 month or more.

I hope the check-out timing can be extended between 12noon-1pm.

Very clean and cozy, and the whole complex is really beautiful.

Great location. 15 min walk to Lotus grocery store and to catch the BTS rail. Outside the property to the right, all the food vendors on that corner serve delicious food, including the restaurant with Hainan Chicken Rice and Wonton noodle. 7-11 around the corner.

The contact for the property sent me instructions to stay at a different property than shown on booking.com. The location was closer to town but didn’t provide a desk, as shown in the photos. After deliberation, and the next morning, the contact person sent me instructions for the apartment I actually booked. The shower drain gets clogged up after a few minutes of showering and water comes out of the drain by the toilet, causing the floor of the entire bathroom to be glossed with water for about 5 minutes. There was constantly a sewer smell coming from the bathroom so we always had to keep the door closed and exhaust fan on. The repair guy flushed the drain with baking soda and vinegar which helped temporarily but the issue came back the next day. Someone stole the digital box to watch YouTube, etc. They sent someone to fix it but he was unsuccessful; not sure why as I was able to connect my laptop via HDMI and it worked. The AC’s are both full of what seems to be mold. The closet drawers are falling apart and could snag a finger. The bed was hard but luckily we brought our double-wide camping air mattress.
