The host makes everything go so smoothly. They guide you perfectly. The accommodation is very nice and exactly what I hoped it was. The neighborhood is safe and central. Accros the street you can take a bike taxi for a pleasant price. They are waiting for you to hup on, so no waiting or app necessary. 10 meters to the left there is a great little local food restaurant. I tried everything from the menu as day starter. Thankyou for the pleasant stay!

Shower Matt in the shower to dry feet and keep the shower drie. That will be all.

The Moonlight Goddess staff were 10/10 they made themselves availble to me 24/7 and I felt so safe and reassured that they were there for me to ask questions and help when needed even before I enetered the county, thank you so much. I had a fantastic stay in the studio it had more than I needed, a fantastic home away from home. Enough space just for me but a couple may want to opt for a bigger space as it is very cosy. The wifi was great and the TV was smart so you can sign in with your own logins. Location wise 15-20min walk to On Nut BTS or there is a paid shuttle that takes you there in 5mins. I loved that there were small food stalls within a minutes walk and the area felt incredibly safe to walk late at night for a 7/11 run which was 3 mins walk away. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the building. The staff cleaned the floors and windows daily and the bins got emptied mutliple times a day. The only facilities I used were the library, the working space, It's a small room above the lobby with tables chairs and bean bags where you can work with your laptop in peace. I didn't realise my key card didn't give me access to the gym and pool area but had I asked I'm sure I would have been given the code as I stayed 30 days. I ordered packages from Shein that got delivered to reception safely and ordered food daily with no issues. Overall a very nice place to stay if you want safe and simple.

Nothing comes to mind, but if I were to nitpick sometime the water pressure in the bathroom would get weak for a few seconds then come back, this happened every shower and everytime I brushed my teeth but I got used to it as the temptetures were always great.

The apartment was light and comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful. i also liked the gym and the pool:)

Great location. 15 min walk to Lotus grocery store and to catch the BTS rail. Outside the property to the right, all the food vendors on that corner serve delicious food, including the restaurant with Hainan Chicken Rice and Wonton noodle. 7-11 around the corner.

The contact for the property sent me instructions to stay at a different property than shown on booking.com. The location was closer to town but didn’t provide a desk, as shown in the photos. After deliberation, and the next morning, the contact person sent me instructions for the apartment I actually booked. The shower drain gets clogged up after a few minutes of showering and water comes out of the drain by the toilet, causing the floor of the entire bathroom to be glossed with water for about 5 minutes. There was constantly a sewer smell coming from the bathroom so we always had to keep the door closed and exhaust fan on. The repair guy flushed the drain with baking soda and vinegar which helped temporarily but the issue came back the next day. Someone stole the digital box to watch YouTube, etc. They sent someone to fix it but he was unsuccessful; not sure why as I was able to connect my laptop via HDMI and it worked. The AC’s are both full of what seems to be mold. The closet drawers are falling apart and could snag a finger. The bed was hard but luckily we brought our double-wide camping air mattress.
