About this house rental
A charming house facing the sea with direct access to the beach (30 meters through the typical Mediterranean vegetation). The central position offers a perfect view of the gulf. The place is very suitable for families and people looking for peacefulness.
2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower, terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen corner is equipped with everything needed for cooking: sink, stove, oven, fridge-freezer and we provide the guests with all what they need to do.
The maquis through which you can directly access the beach. In the front garden, there are two outdoor showers for you when up to the beach.
No internet line is provided but the phone is sufficient and if you need an extra wi-fi.

We absolutely loved our week in Sa Rocca Tunda...what a special place! Late, peaceful nights spent stargazing from the deck were a highlight, and with the beach just a 30-second walk away, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.The house stayed cool thanks to the many fans, and the beach was wonderfully clean and almost empty during the weekdays. The shallow, warm water with gentle waves made it ideal for our daughter... she spent hours playing in the sea!The location is also great for exploring the rest of the island. We were able to take day trips both to the North and Northeast.A huge thank you to Alessio, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely fun to chat with! He offered excellent advice. Top Tip: stop at the large Crai grocery store before heading all the way out to Sa Rocca Tunda to stock up for the week.We’re especially grateful that he carried the paddle board to the sea for my teenager. She had such a blast out on the stunning turquoise water. And thank you for the use of the beach umbrella and chairs!Also much appreciated: the washing machine. So convenient!Try to avoid driving at night — the roads can be a bit confusing in the dark.Don’t miss a single sunset. They’re absolutely magical! Just watch out for the large flying bugs that come out at dusk.The TV has Netflix access, so make sure you bring your login.Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

AMAZING property with a private access to the beach.
This is the right place for people who are looking for a peaceful stay away from the overcrowded beaches.
We stayed in Alessio's house in July 2022 with my husband, my mum and my sister and we really had amazing time - the rented property is on the first floor with a private access and the owner occupies the ground floor (you won’t see him if you don’t want to but for us it was always a pleasure to see him around because he was always very cheerful, helpful and answered all our questions). The apartment has got a two bedrooms, bathroom with a shower and a wash machine (which was a huge plus), living room with well equipped kitchen and a terrace with lovely sea view where you can watch a beautiful sunset every evening. The beach itself is accessible via private path connected directly to the back garden (1 minute walk if you walk slowly :) Alessio provides beach chairs and umbrella and there is an outside shower when you come back to the house.
The property itself is located in a small quiet village where you can find a beach bar and lovely pizzeria open for evening meals – so everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We would like to say BIG thanks to Alessio for his hospitality, we really had amazing time. I could highly recommend this property.

Una vacanza per chi vuole dare un taglio netto al caos. C’è il mare! E niente altro. Niente! Nemmeno illuminazione pubblica notturna. L’unico bar sulla spiaggia offre di tutto e di più (colazioni, ape, snack e piccoli pasti) .
Se vi organizzate nei primi giorni, la vacanza sarà SUPER. Anzi, perfetta!
Via, via, dalla isterica e inutile routine cittadina.
