The villa consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a gazebo and a barbecue. The apartment meets all the necessary needs of a family with all the comforts and the main equipment (washing machine, oven and microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, barbecue, TV.) Etc.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig gelegen, auf einer Anhöhe etwas außerhalb von Balestrate. Nächste Strände sind nur Minuten entfernt und wer möchte findet etwas abseits auch in der Hautsaison noch ausreichend Platz für sein Strandtuch.
Die günstige Lage bietet sich für Ausflüge geradezu an. Viele schöne Ziele sind gut zu erreichen - Strände (5 min), Castellammare del Golf (10 min), Segesta (20 min), Eric (45 min), Trapani (45 min) oder Selinunt (60 min), um nur einige zu nennen.
Die Wohnung und der Pool liegen auf einem größeren Anwesen, auf dem sich auch das Haus der Vermieter sowie eine weitere Wohnung befindet. Platz ist jedoch ausreichend gegeben, so dass jeder seinen eigeneren Bereich finden kann.
Nella und Cesco sind als Vermieter einmalig. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit bieten Sie ihren Gästen einen Urlaub in familiärer Umgebung, bei gleichzeitiger Wahrung der Distanz. Sehr gerne werden wir an das gemeinsame Pizzaessen und die leckeren Tomaten zurückdenken.
Wir hatten die Wohnung oben, direkt am Pool. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wobei das Kinderzimmer etwas größer sein dürfte. Wir haben viel gekocht und dabei nichts vermisst. Nach etwas Anlaufschwierigkeiten hatten wir insgesamt gutes free WLAN. Die Klimaanlage hat uns bei den heißen Nächten gute Dienste geleistet.
Es war ein schöner Urlaub an den wir gerne zurückdenken.

We had a fantastic time in this property. The location is excellent minutes from beach and close to the town of Ballestrate and in less than 10 minutes from castellamare del golfo, which is to be highly recommended. Ballestrate itself is a charming truly sicilian town. Francesco and Nella have a truly special property great pool, fantastic gardens for fresh tomatoes (4 varieties!), zucchini.grapes. lemons, even oranges and figs if in season! Very welcoming owners and conscious of not intruding as pool area is shared though the property is very extensive so plenty of space. There are 2 apartments here - we had lower apartment which was fine though no aircon which would have been more welcome - didn't spoil the stay though even with temps in high 30s ! There are 2 entrances to the property - we would advise the rear entrance as the track for the main entrance is not well paved so we didn't take our hire car down this one !
Final comment is a general one for those travelling to sicily for first time - check the rubbish collection days - every day there is a collection for segregated rubbish - glass, plastic, card board etc - we only discovered towards end of visit. Real problem in sicily with rubbish which needs to be sorted because it's such a beautiful environment.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, es sind mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten zu sehr schönen Stränden. In Palermo ist man in 30min und auch nach Westen sind Städte wie Marsala und Trapani als Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Der Flughafen Parlermo ist sogar nur 20min entfernt.
Wir waren mit der Familie da (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Unser Sohn kam dann später noch dazu, die Wohnung bot trotzdem noch ausreichend Platz.
Das Anwesen ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet sehr viel Platz. Neben den zwei Ferienwohnungen und einem großen Pool befindet sich das Haus der Vermieter auf dem Grundstück. Es ist ausreichend Platz, dass man seinen eigenen Bereich hat. Cesco und Nella, die Vemieter, sind sehr nett. Ihnen gelingt es Distanz zu wahren und gleichzeitig den Gästen eine familiäre Umgebung zu geben (gemeinsames Pizza-Essen, jederzeit frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten,....)
Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und sauber, gut eingerichtet. Trotz einiger Unterbrechungen insgesamt gutes free WLAN. Leider gibt es keine Geschirrspülmaschine, aber im Sommer kocht man ja auch nicht so viel.
Es war ein toller Urlaub, dazu haben die Wohnung und der Pool maßgeblich beigetragen.
