About this villa rental
Our villa is located on the heights of the small town of Brue-Auriac, in a quiet location, less than a kilometer from the center of the small town. On site, a grocery store and a bakery. At 10km (Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume), supermarkets and various shops.
Recent villa built in 2017, it has all the comforts expected (airco, equipped kitchen, TV, garage, 4G SFR and Orange reception). The large 9x5 swimming pool by the terrace allows the whole family to cool off at will. The garden is fenced and the swimming pool secured by a shutter, allowing the safe reception of young children.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (single convertible bed in the 3rd bedroom).
From the house there is a beautiful view of the Brue-Auriac valley, the surrounding vineyards and the mountain ranges on the horizon.
There is no shortage of tourist activities: walking, cycling or horse riding on site (horse riding center 1km away), wine tasting, the town of Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume, swimming in small rivers . On the land side, Barjols, the Verdon gorges, the Sainte-Croix lake and on the sea side, the creeks of Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Fréjus, the mountain ranges of Sainte-Baume and Sainte-Victoire, and all the small villages of Provence Verte.
A dream place that we discover a little more each year.
In order to be 100% correct, the layout being recent, and the climate very sunny and dry, the garden does not have large plantations. On the other hand, the view of Google Street is no longer current (trust our photos which date from spring 2018).
