Inside, the home offers a practical and comfortable layout for families or small groups, sleeping up to five guests. Whether you're here for long beach days, creek swims, or simply to unwind, this is a low-maintenance base in a location that does all the heavy lifting.

- Linen is not provided. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, and bathmats. Linen hire is available through Kempsey Laundry with at least 72 hours’ notice to our office.

The unit is neat and tidy and in a very convenient location. It is getting a little dated but being upgraded gradually which is good to see. Was a bit of a dead spot for internet, which is unusual because it's never been that bad previous years.

This unit was in a near-perfect location being a short walk to both the shops and the beach. It was clean and tidy with under cover parking for your vehicle. Everything worked well and there was plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, and utensils.The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. When I had occasion to deal with the staff managing the property they were very pleasant. I can imagine becoming a regular there...
