This beautiful three-bedroom + loft home puts you in walking distance to everything Pacific City has to offer - walk to the beach, town and Pelican Brewery! This home has wonderful amenities that will delight your family and friends. Situated in the quiet neighborhood of Dory Pointe, Pelican’s Perch is surrounded by sand and pines, including a large greenbelt of pine forest along the private patio in the back.

The spacious great room includes a gas fireplace, a 55” TV/DVD, plenty of contemporary furniture, and charming beach decor. The bright, open, fully equipped kitchen has all you’ll need to serve meals in the dining room or step out to the patio with its hot tub, gas barbecue, patio seating for 8, Adirondack chairs for lounging, and even a fire-pit for time under the stars. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, including a king primary suite, plus a landing/den with a double futon, full bath, TV/DVD, and a movie/book library! You’ll find a small working station for those remote learning or working.

Activities for the entire family include foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, pop-a-shot, cornhole, beach toys, bikes, and games. It’s easy to find plenty to do outdoors since you’re within walking distance of woodsy trails to the beach (less than a five-minute walk to the beach), where you’ll find dory boats launching, surfers daring the waves and lots of tide-pool creatures in the marine garden at Cape Kiwanda. This was a great spot for our family of 4, including 2 kids (8 & 10). Easy walk to Pelican Brewery, Stimulus coffee shop, surf shop, tide pools, and dune. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a busy day of exploring. The house itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

To start with - I think 5:00
Pm is a very late check in time - made for a rushed evening of getting unpacked, dinner started and little people settled. The house was mostly as pictured, the living room sofa had a number of stains that did not look welcoming to sit on. The dishwasher did not work and dishes had to be washed by hand. There was a burner on the stove that didn’t work - making only 1 large burner available. The hot tub was a big selling point of the house and unfortunately it looked really murky like it hadn’t been serviced in some time. The tv in the loft area where we had told our kids they could watch movies did not produce any sound ... so no movies. The location was nice and the beach was gorgeous
