This little condo is in a perfect location. We love Nye Beach, and access to restaurants and shopping doesn't get much better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The carpet is showing its age and has a musty odor. Our time was spent on the balcony or beach, so this was not much of an issue. There were no washcloths available, which was odd and likely just an oversight. Bed linens were clean and fresh.

We had great 8 night stay at the condo in Nye beach! Everything was like the photos and an accurate description. Meredith Lodging had excellent communication with us. We loved being so close to shopping, coffee, restaurants and the beach of course! Just a really relaxing place to be with everything we needed provided. The view was amazing and bed very comfortable. Nice having 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom while staying so long. Very clean, great TV! The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking once in a while but only in the living room, not something to be concerned about unless you want total silence. Loved our stay, thank you!

Delayed checkin which they made right. There was a terrible odor upon arrival. Opening everything up and febreeze helped. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were super sad and flat. Everything else was great. The location and view made up for it all.

It was ok. Window washers were scheduled during our visit, which may have been communicated but not until we arrived (after our reservation was secured and paid for). The issue was that they needed to enter the unit mid day. Ended up being fine because we had plans to go to the aquarium but a little inconvenient, too. Texted the management company inquiring about directions regarding window washers and Also texted inquiring about directions regarding window washers and again no response. Had to communicate directly with the window washers to ensure they got into the unit, which they did without our assistance. A little annoying but not their fault. no response. GPS can have you going the wrong way on one-way streets near the end if you aren't careful. Study the map before you get there so you can get to the right place.Once you get there and in the right parking space, the elevator is great for getting all your luggage up to the 2nd floor.The ocean view is beautiful and the balcony is great for sitting and enjoying it in the fresh air. The amenities are as described and we had a comfortable stay.Checking out wouldn't have been a problem IF the lockbox would lock to replace the key in! But nothing we tried worked. Finally, a worker who'd come to clean needed the key, and he relieved us of the key so we could leave. The places to find instructions were somewhat confusing, but we managed to find most of them, I think. All in all it was a lovely stay, practically on the beach, and with a beautiful ocean view!

The location and view are incredible. Access to Nye Beach is just a few short minutes away. It is a bit dated but nonetheless very comfortable. It did take us a while to find the lock box but once we did it was easy to access the property. It was nice to have an elevator and reserved parking. Would stay here again.

First of all, the location and view are stunning. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. The only thing about the check-in process was locating the lockbox with key, but we found it eventually. Would definitely stay there again.

Great 1st time experience. Short term (2 nights) to find out how the location might work out for a longer term (2 weeks) stay in August. Customer service and property manager starff were great in helping us getting us on-board. Definately going ahead with longer term stay in August.

It was wonderful to be able to view the ocean every moment we were in the condo! Typical Oregon weather was conducive to stay in where it was warm,but that was not a problem for us. Location of property was so convenient for popping in to local shops and eateries.

The apartment is a tad dated, but it was extremely CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. Quiet building. We asked the apartment manager for measuring cups and spoons, since there weren't any in the apartment, and they arrived at the door the same day. Convenient to Nye Beach and the rest of Newport. Great, unobstructed view of the ocean.

We loved the location and the beach. The condo had everything we needed It's close to all the restaurants and shops at Nye Beach. We also liked the gated parking lot. The one thing that I would recommend would be an update to the bedroom. A King size bed and rearrange the furniture. We would stay here again.

The place had an amazing view, was pristine, had basic stuff, etc (needs sugar). However, 1) we couldn’t get in! There was no lockbox and even after calling, they gave us the wrong location and didn’t know where the lockbox was. My husband found it — on another floor next to the elevator, not the laundry. 2) we didn’t have a way to access the gate to get in so one of us had to get out of the car and enter the code while the driver drove in. 3) bizarrest: we couldn’t get out! The was a locked door, but no keypad. We caught people or tailgated :-) However, our stay was great. Being right on the beach with huge windows was great! You could walk down a block and find a great little breakfast/lunch place and some boutiques and so on. One suggestion: you need a guide to the area.

Horrible! Opened the door and a horrendous odor was smelled immediately. Opened the windows and doors. Musty, wet dog, mildew smells covered up with chemical freshener. Awful! ! called Vrbo and was told there was nothing to be done bc managers had gone home for the evening. Assured me I’d get a call the next day. here we are 2.5 days later and I never heard a thing. I’ve requested a full refund.

My mom, who is 91 was not able to walk to the beach because of the steep road but she still loved staying there. The view is amazing and having local places to eat from was an added plus. Pacific Kitchen has the best Rockfish Tacos ever.

Love the view! Several comfy places to sit and meditate on the waves. The patio is nice too and has clean glass so your view isn’t clouded by salt spray that we’ve experienced at other beach rentals. Kitchen is stocked fairly well and having two bathrooms is nice. So many shops and restaurants are I walking distance too. Our only complaint is that there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the flat sheet they had in its place was too short to tuck in so it kept sliding around and the mattress cover kept coming off during the night.

Perfect location. Coming from out of state you never really know until you arrive. I was more than impressed. It was walking distance to the beautiful Oregon Coast beach, from restaurants and shopping. And within driving distance to many attractions. One of my favorites was the shopping by the harbor. I accidentally found it searching for where to see sea lions. It should be added to the list of what not to miss. And the condo was clean, well designed and the view was even better than the picture.

Overall we had a good experience and time. We did have some issues with tenants on the floor above us stomping and running on the floor starting at 1230 the first night and resuming in the afternoon the next day. I did call the the company to complain about the situation. Not sure that they did anything but thankfully the tenants left the next day. One minor frustration was that there were no clothes hangers in the unit.
