Nice little flat, comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The bed sheet was dirty on arrival although I’m pretty sure it was washed as it smelled alright it’s was probably hard to wash stains (I hope). The TV only had Polish channels, and there was no Netflix or YouTube, so travelling with my English-speaking husband meant we couldn’t watch anything together. The Polish TV channels also had very poor quality. We used the oven, but there were no heat-protective gloves provided, which made it unsafe to remove a hot tray. The shower itself was nice, however the bathroom floor was very cold when stepping out, and water drips straight onto the floor as soon as you open the shower door. There were no bathroom mats available. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and visibly damaged and scratched in several places. Despite it being winter with temperatures around -10°C outside, we were only provided with a very thin summer duvet. I could just fit under it with my child, but it was impossible for two adults. A second duvet was found under the bed, also very thin, without a cover, and yellow in many places. We ended up using it as a sheet on the sofa, while my husband slept under the only thin blanket available. Also when entering the flat, there was no floor mat, so snow and sand were brought straight onto the floor. Luckily, a mop was available, otherwise it would have been very messy. We had just arrived from a different rental where everything was arranged perfectly, which made the difference very noticeable for us.
