About this house rental
This recently remodeled home is located less than 5 minutes from the famous Hells Gate a very popular swimming area assessable only by boat at PK lake. Many anchor their boats inside the cove. The house sits on 1 acre and is 30 ft from the waters edge. With just one step down to the water a new large dock is available for swimming, diving and fishing. The house is accommodated wi-fi and Dish for viewing TV. The kitchen has all new appliances while the bedrooms and baths have been completely updated. The smoker/ barbeque is available for cooking your favorite summertime meal. This property is great for families and there is plenty of room inside and out. This house has made many family memories and we hope it will for you. The location is just minutes from the Cliffs golf resort where you can play a round or sit and enjoy the view overlooking the lake. The Rocker B Ranch/Venue is approximately 20/30 minutes away. Rocker B is a premier venue for weddings, baseball tournaments, and corporate events. Come sit on the back patio and enjoy a consistent South breeze with a beautiful West Texas sunset. Oh and with your favorite beverage.

This place exceeded our expectations. We chose to spend a little extra rather than book a cheaper option, and we’re so glad we did. We were dreaming of owning this place the whole time. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and looked freshly remodeled. The dock was in excellent condition, and there’s a boat ramp conveniently nearby.One thing to note: the home is located on one of the busiest parts of the lake—which has its pros and cons. While the boat slip wasn’t available during our stay, which would’ve been helpful, but the dock had sturdy mooring poles that worked great and really helped keep the boat away from the dock, but it’s something future guests might want to keep in mind and prepare for if there will be multiple boats trying to tie directly to the dock.
