Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Mieter verlief nicht gerade wertschätzend, die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters gegenüber dem Mieter war gelinde gesagt unterkühlt.

Wir haben 15 Tage unbeschwerte Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig; der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Freunde hatten zur selben Zeit die Nachbarwohnung gemietet, die sie bereits seit vielen Jahren immer im Sommer mieten. Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Vielen Dank auch an Frau Leuwer.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, eher Reihenhausendteil.
Helle sonnige Räume, schöner großer Garten.
10 Minuten bis zum Strand, 20 Minuten in die Stadt, super gelegen.
Platz für 6 Leute über 3 Ebenen mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus. Alles sauber und sehr ruhig trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße.
Es wäre noch gut wenn im Bad oben ein Haltegriff montiert wäre und ein Duschvorhang angebracht würde,unsere älteren Damen hatten Probleme beim Aussteigen aus der Wanne.
Dann noch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es war die ersten zwei Tage ziemlich kalt im Haus da die Fussbodenheizung ja recht träge ist, vielleicht könnte man frühzeitig die Heizung aufdrehen, gerade in der Übergangszeit.
