Very relaxing after a long drive from Bordeaux.

The location in the woods and the amount of space. Our hosts were very good in keeping their dog away from my wife who has an absolute terror of any kind of dog. Breakfast was very relaxed and we chatted for about an hour. An absolute gem to the north of Le Mans.

This is a great B&B away from the city hustle and bustle. The location is secluded but with easy access to the motorway system. The owners made us welcome in to their family and we were able to chat about world affairs, and the such like, at the breakfast and dinner table. Absolutely lovely people!

We enjoyed our short stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

Was a little tricky to find as there’s another property with a similar name located before this. Air con would have been an added bonus.

A beautiful location Met by our host who spoke good English and was very welcoming and warm. We had a delicious dinner in the evening with the hosts and easy conversation, they were very attentive but not intrusive.

We liked it all. The en-suite facilities were just outside the bedroom door which made us a little cautious but wasn’t a problem

Wonderfully house in the woods, perfect for a family stay. Régis and Martine were the perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome at their dining table for a wonderful dinner and breakfast, and catered especially for our granddaughter who has coeliac disease.

A perfect, quintessential break away.

Wonderful, beautiful place to stay. Located in a quiet location, but still very close to local amenities. I feel privileged to stay here. I only wish we could've stayed longer. With a large communal living area and lots of family orientated entertainment provided. Games and toys for all ages. The attention to detail provided by the hosts is unparalleled. We enjoyed a perfectly relaxed evening, and breakfast with the hosts which was fit for a king. If you are looking for a family orientated stay, this is the place for you. It is the quintessential "chocolate box / fairy tale" place to stay. I'd like to thank the hosts for the experience and I look forward to seeing them again.

The cockerels wake up early. But this doesn't detract from the stay. If anything, it adds to the experience of a perfect French break away. I personally enjoyed snoozing between the calls of the birds.

Martine & Regis were so welcoming to their lovely house in the woods & the evening meal with the 5 other guests was perfect. The house inside was beautiful & situated a short drive off the motorway.We would not hesitate to visit again.

A great find.

Wonderful hosts in a beautiful setting. Use Google maps to locate it - our steam Satnav didn't even show a road 🤭. We had an evening meal with them, a great night's sleep in a comfy bed, and an excellent breakfast.

Magical homestay in the woods!

We had such a lovely time! The house is like a fairy cottage in magical woods! We were greeted by our host, their dog and their chickens. Room comfortable and clean. Surrounded by forest. We had asked for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! for €20 per person, we drank wine and our menu was: - Grapefruit salad with palm hearts and shrimps, - Fish with carrots zucchini, - Cheese platter and Salad, - Apple Crumble, --- Coffee/Tea - Red/Rosé Wine, Fruit Juice, water It was a pleasure to eat with such lovely hosts! Breakfast was equally as delicious. I recommend!

If you want a private impersonal hotel, where you don't have to talk to anyone, order room service, just sleep and leave, this place probably isn't for you!

The location was very easy to find. The property has plenty of space inside and out. Our dog loved it and chilled out after a long car journey. Lovely dinner with the hosts and the same for breakfast.

A great place to break up a journey

A very welcoming couple, a delicious dinner cooked by the host, a lovely enclosed garden / wood where our dog could run freely and a great room perfect for our needs. And all this conveniently located a few minutes away from the motorway exit. We’ll come back !
