Lotus Farm Retreat

De locatie was voortreffelijk. Na een aantal dagen in drukke steden was dit de ideale afwisseling. Je zit midden in de natuur, het is proper, allemaal dieren rondom en een droom van een gastvrouw, aan wie je honderduit vragen kan stellen in verband met de omgeving, de cultuur, het eten, ... Alles was ook zo ongedwongen en authentiek. Heel leuk ook dat My haar neefje kennis kwam maken met onze zoons en samen speelden ondanks de taalbarrière.

Voor de taxi (Grab) was het een beetje moeilijk terug te vinden. Voor ons de eerste keer ook. Het is nochtans niet zo moeilijk te vinden. Het zou misschien niet slecht zijn om een klein bord aan de ingang van de aardeweg te zetten zodat mensen het gemakkelijker terug kunnen vinden. Dit was dan ook meteen het enige kleine minpuntje dat heel snel opgelost was.

The host family is simply amazing; welcoming, kind, smiley, helpful.. i really reccommend to stay at this homestay, surrounded by nature, you can clearly experience local culture. The bedrooms are simple but very clean, tidy and you have everything you need. We had also lunch/dinner and breakfast homemade by the host family, the best food ever, fresh, and made with love! We also had a bike tour around the village organized by the host family and Mi showed us the rice field, farm … was a very worthy experience! I highly encourage everyone that wants to find peace from the city and live some real Vietnamese life to stay here!

It is a family run local farm stay and is wonderful! It is not for everyone, but if you would like to see how a lovely Vietnamese family lives it is the best.

Wow, so eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft habe ich nicht erwartet. Es hat mir hier außerordentlich gut gefallen. An diesem Ort zu bleiben ist nicht Luxuriös. Doch es ist ein einmaliger Ort der Herzlichkeit und der Natur.
