Evergreen By The Sea is a gorgeous, breathtaking three-bedroom + den, two and a half bathroom vacation Villa with amazing amenities and beautiful upgrades.
Evergreen By The Sea is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Walking distance to Cape Harbor, close to many restaurants and shopping. This Villa is situated close to many walking and biking trails.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views of your resort style pool and hot tub.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Evergreen By The Sea features beautiful modern décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds as well as a den that can be converted with a sleeper couch.
The main bedrooms has its ow en-suite bathroom, the hallway bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. The 1/2 bath is situated of the pool area and offers the option to use the restroom without having to go through the house.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the jacuzzi or just relaxing. The boat dock can be used or fishing, kayaking or docking your rental boat.

We’ve been coming to Florida for 6 years now, this was the best house we’ve rented yet. This was the first year that we didn’t have an issue with the pool, love that.

The house was great. Modern decor and updated furniture. The baby gate was nice to have for our youngest and the kayaks were a nice touch to help us explore the gorgeous canals. The Vesteva team always surpasses our expectations. Friendly , outgoing, and on top of anything that needs to be looked after. We love Vesteva.

Everything was nice. Maybe a bigger toaster but that is a minor thing. I wasn’t a fan of the table in the pool, seemed more like a hassle and a possible accident waiting to happen. It would work better if it was in the spa.
Overall the house was wonderful. We had a great time and would stay there again. Another suggestion would be to add recommendations for great restaurants in the area. The management staff was very friendly. He was very helpful with the pool instructions. My only thought is that having someone come to the house for check in could be a little inconvenient. I was available that day but normally I might want to sleep in or go to the beach and having to wait for someone to check us in could cause an inconvenience.

The pool was cold when we got there. It would be nice if they set the temperature at a swimmable temperature for each guest upon arrival but that didn't happen. There directions were not clear along with a heater board that needed to be replaced because it was unreadable. I called and text everyone on the "help" list and they sent someone out and they said it was because of the colder nights. After continuing to let them know that it was not working they sent a different guy out and he replaced the heater board. Thinking it would work... but it did not! All I wanted to do was enjoy that pool during my week stay. The house was wonderful, great location, very comfortable in every way but if you want to enjoy the pool, this is not your place!
