**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. - Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

I rented 461 Banyan Place for myself and 3 golf buddies (09/18-21/2025), for our annual MB golf trip. I used VRBO in finding the place. We were not disappointed in any way with anything. The photos are spot on in showing you what you will be staying in. This was our 37th year doing our golf trip and Banyan Place without a doubt is one of the finest places we have ever stayed in. The location is just so convenient to everything, in particular to North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing is across the street from the neighborhood. Check in was a breeze with a nice friendly staff, and their location is just down the road. The place was easy to find, clean, comfortable, well stocked, comfortable bed and pillows, and really just perfect. There are many restaurants extremely close to the house. We did not go to the beach or use the poo, so I cannot speak to them in any way. I will say, if you are considering using Banyan Place, I highly recommend you do so. I am sure we will again in the future when staying on the north end.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Shuttle very convenient. Size was perfect for 9 of us. Quick responses to questions and concerns such as broken coffee pot, early check in and later check out due to flight time change. Interior a bit dated such as decor, furniture and area rugs. Carpeting should be removed and replaced with vinyl flooring in bedrooms and stairs. Very humid in the house. Not sure if there was a dehumidifier on the furnace. If so, the house still needs portable dehumidifiers in the house.

The property was just as described on line and perfect for our family! The pools kept the young kids busy all day. The walk to the beach, even when using shuttles, was a lot. The shuttles were there, but always had to wait on them. The heat wasn’t terrible the week we were there, but in the later summer it would be sweltering waiting. Once shuttles arrived it was a quick ride to the pool area. Plan accordingly-no coolers or beach chairs allowed on pool deck.Itrip was easy to communicate with and answered and questions. Overall a good week away!

The coffee machine did not work and the AC kept shutting off automatically. The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable—we had to purchase our own. Details regarding garbage collection were not clear. Likely will not recommend nor stay again.
