Alexander (the host) gave us some flexibility on both check-in and check-out, helping us a lot. He's always available for any need you may have. The apartment is big, air conditioning works well and the fridge is perfect for 7/10 days with also a small freezer. The terrace is great for having breakfast/dinner outside, there is a table with 4 comfortable chairs. The private parking is a big pro because, especially in the city center, it's very difficult to find a free parking close to your aparment. Close to it (less then 50 meters) there are a grocery, Psito Magevmata Gyros (food is great and cheap) and a cafè. Supermarket and petrol station are also very close (around 400 meters).
I suggest the following improvements/fixings: a new sun bed for the swimming pool, there are only some chairs (swimming pool is small and a little bit old but it's clean and free); extractor hood doesn't work; shower cabin is ok but, even if you are careful, water goes out, maybe a tend on the opened side could help.
It's not close to the city center but for me it's a plus: no headaches for parking when you are back from the beaches and if you want to go there it takes around 30 minutes by foot and 10 mins by car (plus parking, traffic is creazy close to the old town).
