This 2 bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in the 4th Floor of the house 'Am Sahlenburger Strand 1' in direct beach location. An elevator, with which you can easily reach the apartment, is available. The apartment is about 45 square meters. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen and a spacious glazed loggia. From there you have a fantastic view of the beach, the Wattwagenauffahrt, the island Neuwerk and the Elbe estuary with the world shipping route. The loggia is the best place to enjoy the beach and nature, whatever the weather. That's why we have set up the dining area with a cozy corner seat here; so you can enjoy the dreamlike view from sunrise to sunset in peace. For a pleasant night's sleep after a busy day, the bedroom has a lying area of 0.90 x 2.00 m each. Another sleeping possibility is in the living room. The leather sofa can be transformed into a bed with a lying surface of 1.70 x 2.00 m. The equipment of the living room completes a comfortable relaxation armchair, the flat screen TV with satellite connection and a stereo system. The extensive kitchen equipment consists u. a. From a 4-plate stove with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. Of course, enough crockery and cutlery is available. The bathroom has a spacious shower. On the ground floor is the swimming pool, which can be used free of charge. A numbered parking space is also available for free.

Wir waren von der Wohnung 31 angetan, für zwei Personen
voll ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden
was man so braucht. Im Bad sind kleinere Mängel vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat kein WLAN, uns wurde aber ein mobiles WLAN auf Wunsch gestellt. Der Ausblick ist top. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit nochmals anmieten .

Wohnung war sehr schön,es war für die Küche alles vorhanden,nur im Bad fehlte ein kleiner Kosmetik-Eimer und das Bad könnte eine Erneuerung gebrauchen.
Beim Einzug war für uns der Schmutz (Sand)in der Dusche,auch in den Schränken mit Kochtöpfen und Geschirr war der Schmutz nicht angenehm für uns.Am schönsten war die Aussicht zur Nordsee.
