The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
The waste disposal system is problematic; we have to keep the trash inside the house all week because they don't collect the garbage regularly and the bin fills up too quickly.

The property has a lot of space which makes it great to have your own personal space. It has entertainment for children and adults.
The property is about an hour away from pigeon Forge which was quite a drive. The property had some defective issues, carpet stains, waffle maker was defective, kitchen countertops had scratches, fence had a broken post, grill was dirty.

We really liked the layout, plenty of bedrooms and spacious kitchen to make meals in. We never felt cramped with 7 of us.
The hot tub was smaller than expected and the back porch was at an incline for some reason which made it feel unsafe sitting in the hot tub. Also the downstairs bedroom (not the bunk bed room) windows would not stay shut so you could close them but they would open a bit through the night.

The space and location
Had old TV’s with a old smell. No outside trash and construction that we were not aware of. The place could have been cleaner dirty dishes and cob webs all over.
