Ideal location for a lazy relaxing break.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and the incredible Pont de Canal. The garden is peaceful and quiet and a great place to sit and relax. For us the bicycles were a huge bonus. You can take a picnic and ride alongside the canals.

A great value and pleasant stay. Recommended

Comfortable, nice living area and kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, aircon, nice bathroom. Be aware for nighttime the only toilet is downstairs, bedrooms upstairs, and the stairs are steep. Bedrooms get afternoon sun so hot in hot weather but cooled down with windows open. Very enjoyable rest here, taking time out from cycling holiday. Garden is dry and needs some attention. From the street, the property appears to be derelict - enter through the big blue wooden doors, house is at the rear

Instructions for getting into the property were incorrect which meant about an hour wait in the hot sun waiting to hear from the owner. This should now have been fixed.

Cosy house in Briare

The house is well situated in the center of Briare. It is well equipped and the showers are great.

The faucet in the kitchen, not much power. Luckily, there is a dishwasher. The garden furnitures and the barbecue grill was great, but the garden has a lot of character.

Maison impeccable il ne manque rien literie en très bon etat et le petit plus grand ecran plat avec canal plus et neflix ,emplacement clos a l'ombre des arbres et du Barnum et barbecue neuf ,loin du bruit et de la circulation vraiment parfait et le parking est gratuit et en sécurité Merci à Jonathan le propriétaire.

la situation géographique, le calme, le Jardin, la literie. En fait l’ensemble était parfait.

Maison très fonctionnelle décorée avec goût En plein centre de la jolie ville de Briare et malgré cela extrêmement calme La climatisation très efficace Les lits très confortables Douche très bien Beaucoup équipements pour cuisiner Le four est super Formidable le jardin avec le puits le mobilier de jardin au top beaucoup mieux que partout ailleurs On a eu une intimité exceptionnelle Un réel plaisir pour la 2eme fois Cette maison est top en hiver ET en été

Absente de toilettes a l étage escaliers un peu raides pour une personne handicapee Quelques petites finitions a faire le joint de la douche le support serviette qui tient mal et le robinet de l évier qui se démonte tout seul Pas de piles dans les deux pendules dommage Le portillon qui ne ferme plus on le bloquait avec un fauteuil Mais ce ne sont que des détails qui ne nous ont pas genés
