About this apartment rental
A luxury apartment in the unique award-winning 'The Park' apartment block on Holyrood Road right beside the Palace and Royal Mile.
The location is prime and most of the historic attractions are within walking distance. The Palace of Holyrood House and The Scottish Parliament are a few minutes walk.
The space -
The apartment is accessible by elevator. The apartment has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, TV, fitted wardrobes. The living and dining area is open plan and there is a double sofa bed in the living area. Although the apartment is near a lot of activity, it's extremely quiet and calm. A wonderful property to come back to relax in after a busy day.
There is free view TV in the living area and the bedroom. There is wireless internet. Gas central heating and constant hot water for a shower or a bath. There are a washing machine and a tumble dryer/dishwasher/ microwave. There are fresh linen and towels.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment. You can enter via the front and walk through a courtyard or the side entrance on Hutton Road next to The Macdonald Holyrood 4 * Hotel. I recommend the Hutton Road entrance as it takes you straight to the elevator and up to floor 2 where the apartment is. Ideal if you have suitcases or shopping. You have free unlimited access to The Macdonald Holyrood 4* Hotel for the swimming pool, sauna, steam, gym which is 1 minute away. The fee for this is 7.50 GBP for the pool and 7.50 GBP for the gym per person. This is paid directly to the spa reception.
Other things to note
There is a well-stocked kitchen cupboard with tea /coffee /sugar /olive oil/condiments etc. There is a supply laundry washing tablets/clothes conditioner/dishwasher tablets /shampoo /conditioner /bath soak.

Aesthetically fun; thoughtfully curated apt near Holyrood Palace. Very clean. Kitchen & appliances well appointed. Bed & pillows comfortable. Access to the Royal Mile and touristy stuff is great.Key access requires a 3 minute walk away from your rental. With bags and an airport drop-off, this means dragging bags between addresses unless there is another person with you to watch bags while the other gets the key. Ditto drop off. The otherwise wonderful tub/shower is also a high step over tub without safety mat or bars, which older visitors or those with disabilities should know.

Great apartment, quiet and fun vibe for sure. Well stocked with everything needed and was close to Tesco for provisions and right next to Holyrood Palace. Shower, bathroom, laundry and kitchen were good sized. We hiked Arthur’s Seat- amazing views for miles. Highly recommend this apartment.
