About this cottage rental
COVID-19 UPDATE - we make the following exception to our cancellation policy:- Should you book and find you are unable to travel to Llanrhian due to Welsh government travel restrictions we will refund all monies received/due from Homeaway. Refunds will be requested on your original arrival date assuming COVID-19 travel restrictions are still in place. Refunds of service fees are at Homeaway’s discretion.

Bwthyn Graig (Rock Cottage) is a pretty character cottage situated in the peaceful tiny hamlet of Llanrhian. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard but still retains its old character. The cottage is situated close to the ancient 13th century Llanrhian church. It's in a great location for adventurous types who enjoy outdoor pursuits, climbing , coasteering , diving, kayaking, walking, cycling, or you can just unwind and take in the beautiful scenery and beaches - the stretch of coastline between Abereiddy and Porthgain is one of the finest in Britain. The famous Sloop Inn at Porthgain Harbour is just a two minute drive or 15min minute walk away from the cottage.
The south facing/enclosed rear garden is perfect for barbeques after a day on the beach. It's also ideal for dogs.

WiFi - unlimited superfast fibre optic broadband available
40" 4k TV available with HD Freesat channels - can play movies from USB drives in most formats.
Playstation 3 + some games available (also plays DVDs).
Log burner recently installed in the living room.
There is also a utility room attached to the rear of the property which has the following facilities:-
* Washing machine
* Tumble dryer
* Iron + board
It can also be used to store bikes, surf boards etc.
Check in time - after 4pm
Check out time - before 11am
** Please note that whilst bed linen and towels are provided you will need to bring beach towels **

Please only use the instant booking feature for full/multi week bookings at least one week in advance, with a Saturday arrival and departure date - so for 7,14,21,28 nights, but not 3,10,13,15 etc. We do offer a Friday arrival option for the February and October half-term weeks and the first Friday of the Easter holidays. For other length stays please request the dates via email and we’ll respond ASAP. Usually within a couple of hours. This is because we can't always guarantee that our housekeeper will be able to visit between guests arriving/departing on other days. Thanks!
