New to rental market - Two bedroom Two bathroom fully equipped apartment with fiber optic WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen ie toaster microwave, washing machine etc Large flat screen Television with lots channels and includes International channels. Balcony with patio furniture and views to mountains and sea. Lovely shared pool with sunbeds.
Chayofa is only a 20 minute drive from the airport and just a short 5 -10 minute drive from the main tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas. Chayofa village has its own small supermarket and a selection of bars and restuarants. There is a traditional English pub and the romantic La Finca, one of the leading restaurants in the South of Tenerife. And with its cocktail bar for a special place for the afternoon and evening hours. With live music most nights, whether it is a saxophone, piano or jazz. Sunday afternoon chill out with live jazz. The La Tasca Bar serving traditional Tapas . Chayofa Country Club with its many facilities including pool bar serving daytime snacks/ restaurant with evening entertainment on every night.. There is also tennis, a gym ( extra charge) and pool table just a short walk away

Die Wohnung ist viel größer als es die Fotos vermuten lassen, u.a. hat sie 2 Bäder und einen riesigen Balkon.

Alles wie beschrieben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! Super Kommunikation vorab und auch vor Ort. Sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Vermieter. Das Klo hatte einen Defekt, der jedoch sofort behoben wurde, ein fehlender Topf wurde ebenfalls zeitnah ersetzt.
