Apartment on one level of 2 rooms with south facing balcony, 51 m2 well equipped and very clear.

Pleasant living space of 28 m2, a master bedroom, a cabin, bathroom and separate WC.
6 beds with duvets + baby bed: a master bedroom with 160X200 bed, a very comfortable "rapido" sofa bed 140X190 in the living room and a cabin with 2 bunk beds 90X190.
Electric heating and large hot water tank.
Ski room, outdoor parking reserved for the residence.
On site, the car is not essential.
150 m from the cable car serving the Contamines ski area (130 km of slopes
1 km from the village (walking path along the stream or free shuttle), the residence is located in the Hameaux du Lay which have all the essential shops and equipment rental companies very close to the apartment.
Security deposit of € 400 to be returned on arrival and tourist tax 0.90 / night / person + 18 years.
Arrival from 2 p.m. / departure 10 a.m. with inventory.
The apartment must be left clean; otherwise a cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged.
Pets not allowed and non-smoking apartment.
