This new villa is decorated with care to bring modernity, while maintaining its traditional spirit (stone and wood).
A Citroën ds4 car is available throughout the stay.
A boat flyer 6.5m with 150hp 8 people 1 day per week offered. (with or without skipper)
Possibility of an aperitif at sea, sunset, fishing boat.(Options)
The kitchen area, living room, air-conditioned dining room offers an area of 75m2, equipped with a leather corner sofa with LED TV 160cm and the largest canalsat bouquet with the + BE IN Sport.
The kitchen area is fully equipped and you can enjoy the Nespresso coffee machine with 30 pods / week offered.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms:
2 rooms of 12m2 (beds 140x200) air-conditioned + TV, with room of communicating water, shower with Italian 120x120.
1 suite of 20m2 (160x200 bed) air conditioning + TV, walk-in shower, window.
1 sofa bed available with 2 additional beds.
For outdoor, the terrace area with its heated pool and private 12 x 4m with its beach of 40cm water will allow you to spend unforgettable moments.
Enjoy the summer kitchen, gas and firewood barbecue, sink, small fridge, draft beer machine, outdoor counter for the aperitif at the edge of the water.
The comfort of the bedding will be undeniable, nice pool area, quiet location, relaxation assured.
