Villa of 90 m2, located in a condominium, 2 to 7 people, sea and mountain view, located in Tarco (southern Corsica - between Favone and Saint Lucia of Porto-Vecchio 20 km from Porto-Vecchio) in a residence on the heights of a hill giving a magnificent sea and mountain view. 300 m from the sandy beach of Tarco, 300 m from small shops: restaurants, grocery store (with bread deposit). Sports activities nearby.

On the ground hunted open kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker (filter and a magimix espresso), toaster, dishwasher, electric mixer), a bathroom. water with wc and and washing machine, living room with sofa bed 120cm, tv and CD player and dining room opening onto a semi-covered terrace with table, chairs, lounge, 4 sunbaths, barbecue and plancha and a shower exterior.
upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with shared sea and mountain view balcony with 2 sun loungers and a high table with 5 stools (2 bedrooms with a 140cm double bed and closet and a master bedroom with a 140cm bed, closet and a hall of bath) and 1 room of water and an independent Wc

Positif :Logement agréable . Joliment meublé , simple, (peut être améliorer la déco au mur , surtout ds la chambre du fond . )
Négatif : accès complexe du fait de la pente , 2 transats cassés , inutilisables sur la terrasse en haut , pas de lumière possible ds le couloir en haut . Mais surtout le problème c’est la proximité des voisins , c’est à dire que l’on partage la même terrasse , séparé par un petit mur . Donc si vous tombez sur un gamin qui hurle tout le temps , c’est pas cool ( 1 ère semaine ) ou sur 4 couples de jeunes venus pour faire la fête ( 2 eme semaine. ) c’est compliqué . Donc le principal souci c’est la proximité . La plage en bas , 3 mn à pied ) est au bord de la route donc c’est mieux de rouler un peu vers le sud , nous y avons trouvé une jolie crique où la plage de fautea arinella( 8 mn de marche , immense , peu peuplé )
Il faut bien parlé des problèmes , mais nous avons globalement passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique corse . . Merci

Séjour très agréable dans un très beau duplex dont le balcon ( chambres à l'étage) bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le rez-de-chaussée est également très confortable et bien équipé. La plage à moins de 10 minutes à pieds n'est pas la plus belle de la région mais calme et bien agréable pour se rafraîchir.
