It was a beautiful villa in a relatively quiet location, but without being too far from the busier spots such as Ao Nang and within a short walk of a couple of beach bars/restaurants. The services were excellent and our hostess was always available and extremely helpful.
We didn't mind at all, but our villa did have a couple of local dogs who liked to lounge by the pool most days. They never came in the villa and were very friendly. Still worth being aware of for anyone with allergies or who doesn't like dogs.

the overall location and setup is OK, nice bars and restaurants within walking distance, stuff is helpful. the pier is also within walking distance where its easy to get boat to Phi Phi or other islands.
there was construction going on next door that made a lot of noise during the day and even on Sunday. the beach is shallow and not really good for swimming at high tide. it turns into muddy field during the low tide.
