Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lovely little cottage, and comfortable. Conveniently set a minute's walk into the beautiful town of Locronan. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, Sophie came to meet us at the church and we followed her to the cottage as I got a bit lost. I wasn't quite sure why we had to pay euros 10 each for sheets to be put on the beds, would have thought that could have been included in the price of the cottage. On the whole, a pleasant stay.

The house very charming and the interiour well thought through with small nice decorative details. The equipment in the house was likewise well thought through so all you needed was there. Excellent location in the old village Locronan. Many things to see in the area. Excellent beach with a stunning view a couple of km away.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce gîte avec son beau jardin. Nous avons apprécié le calme tout en étant à côté d un lieu très demandé. Nous avons aimé la visite guidée de Locronan et de la cathédrale de Quimper, Douarnenez et ses belles plages et la plage de Kervel. Très bonne boulangerie à 50 mètres du gîte. Merci aux hôtes pour leur gentil acceuil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Locronan : le gîte est idéalement situé et nous a permis de rayonner tant du côté de Crozon que de la pointe du Raz. Après de bonnes journées à randonner, nous étions ravis de retrouver le confort du gîte. Petit coup de coeur pour les deux chats des propriétaires que nous croisions le matin et le soir dans le jardin, nos enfants les ont tout de suite adoptés !

Einmalige Lage im Vorzeigeort

Die wunderbare, historisch-gewachsene Architektur von Locronan sucht ihresgleichen und ist durch viele Preise belegt und in allen Reiseführern beschrieben. Das Haus ist tatsächlich ein Teil des inneren Kerns dieses Ausnahme-Ensembles. Nach wenigen Metern Fußmarsch befindet man sich auf dem Marktplatz in der Ortsmitte. Trotzdem ist es dort wunderbar ruhig, man wird nicht so sehr vom Trubel erfasst. Im September im Corona-Jahr 2020 ließ es sich dort auf jeden Fall sehr gut aushalten. Ein Spaziergang im Ort am Abend oder in der Frühe, wenn die Tagestouristen nicht da sind, lohnt sich ungemein. Locronan ist aber auch ein belebtes Museumsdorf mit Boutiquen, das sollte man bei der Reiseplanung im Blick haben. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, das alte bretonische Gemäuer, der Ausblick in den Ort und über die Landschaft macht den Charme des Gebäudes aus. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie wohnen nebenan. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht, den Gästen ihre Privatsphäre zu lassen. Etwas überrascht waren wir über die Frage der Regelung der Endreinigung und der Bettwäsche jeweils als „Extra“. Ich ging zuvor von einem Gesamtpreis aus. Aber das war nicht besonders tragisch. Die nahen Strände, die Halbinsel Sizan mit der Stadt Douarnenez, die Stadt Quimper uvm. liegt strategisch günstig für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge. Vielleicht nicht für komplette zwei Wochen, aber für einen Ergänzungsaufenthalt von fünf Tagen haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Jolie maison bretonne, au cœur du village de Locronan. Le logement est propre et confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillie par la propriétaire. La plage, et les commerces sont à qq minutes en voiture. La localisation permet de rayonner aisément à travers le Finistère pour visiter la région.
