The property was very nice and just a short Uber ride to Broadway and surrounding areas. We had 13 people so the two condos worked out great and provided a lot of room. We had a couple of issues with one of the condos when we first arrived but when I texted the issues, someone was sent out right away to fix them. The rooftop was awesome and we hung out up there quite a bit. Lots of stairs in these condos so if you have any mobility issues, this might not be for you but we did not have a problem at all.

We celebrated our daughter 21st birthday with 23 family and friends. The townhomes were a perfect set up for our needs - the younger adults in one and the older in the other. The townhome looked exactly as pictured, big and spacious enough for everyone to gather together and lots of bedrooms to retreat for down time. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and lots of linens and towels. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. AC worked great during a heat wave while we were there. The rooftop was amazing with great view of the city and lots of seating. The city is a short Uber ride away.
John has been a very responsive host answering all my questions from the time I began inquiring about this location, thru booking and continued during our stay. Two minor issues - a bathroom sink was a little clogged and one of the roof tops had a bad fuse in the cabana lights. John had a very polite handyman out to fix the next day.
As mentioned in other reviews there are lots of stairs but all the space was worth it! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend especially for large groups.

Place was great but should have been told about all the stairs to climb. I had to climb 36 or more to go to my bedroom. that is a big draw back to your place.

Great experience with owners. The house was nice but I recommend getting a rental car. We had to get two Ubers everywhere we went, no restaurants or bars nearby so $60 each way.
