It is an original double height attic, with very high ceilings with large wooden beams that give a feeling of very warm and comfortable spaciousness.
Being an attic it is very bright and is furnished in detail.
The bedroom is located in the double height that is accessed with very comfortable stairs with handrails and, from above you see the whole common area that has two single sofa beds, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and, the exit to the balcony and terrace.
Located in a quiet area within the monumental area. It is a pedestrian street, with restaurants, small shops and next to the San Agustín food market square.
You can visit the entire city on foot or in the parallel streets, use the bus to any point of the city and its daily services, work, museums, CHUS ...
Located in the historic center, it is nice and you feel in the heart of the city of A Coruña. Its situation gives rise to a wide variety of walks, both urban and through gardens and parks in the city.
We recommend going out to the Paseo Marítimo walking it and enjoying its wide sea views from the interior of the Ría de A Coruña to the open sea.
New building, its stone has been preserved and the entrance to the portal with Italian arch and mahogany staircase, with the placement of an elevator whose access is up, up the stairs to the left.
When you arrive at the house you have the key to access Internet-Wifi.
