Todo estuvo espectacular, cada rincón de la hostería tiene su encanto. La vista, los paisajes el río al pie de la hostería y el contacto con la naturaleza es increíble. El personal muy amable y atento.

Se reservó para tres personas y los amenities estaban solo para dos, por lo que constantemente hubo que solicitar cosas adicionales… pero lo atendieron amablemente

The location is amazing! The gardens are beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The coffee shop is very cute and cozy. We loved the indoor fireplace and the jacuzzi bath! The view and overall location of the chalet is just breathtaking and you can hear the river running all the time. We took amazing pictures and it truly is beautiful

We waited for more than an hour for our chalet as they only started cleaning it when we arrived which was 4pm. It should have been ready by then as we did make the reservation a few weeks prior. There was a lot of humidity inside the chalet with green mold growing on the bedroom door and a musty smell as a result. The kitchen has loads of cupboards with nothing inside. No glasses so had to drink out of a coffee cup. There was only 1 towel even though we were two guests. The next morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast which is included in the price. The restaurant was supposed to open at 8am but the staff overslept. It was still closed when we left at 9am. Lastly, the GPS coordinates on their FB page and on Booking. Com is incorrect. We struggled to find the place as we are fairly new in Cuenca.
