We did not have breakfast, and the location was good.

The location was nice and I'm sure in the summer the facilities would be great. However, since we stayed the weekend before the start of the season, we only used the room. It had a little kitchenette with a table and fridge.
The room needed a through dusting and vacuuming in the corners. I woke up with several spider/bug bites that were not there when I went to bed. :( Probably because the room hadn't been used in awhile since we stayed in between seasons.
