About this house rental
Independent house with 2 floors, very spacious and bright, surrounded by the Sierra de San Juan de la Peña and just 5 'from Jaca and 35' from the ski resorts of Candanchú and Astún.
Located in the town of Santa Cruz de la Serós, in an urbanization with swimming pool, garden area with children's playground and fantastic views of the Pyrenees.
Cozy, quiet, well maintained and fully equipped, it is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. We accept pets.
The accommodation: Living-dining room, very spacious and bright, with a wood stove ideal for cold days and evenings after long marches and ski days. The house has 3 bedrooms, all exterior and with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to a complete bathroom, also outside. The other 2 rooms have 2 single beds, are cozy and very comfortable. On the first floor there is a complete bathroom, exterior and independent and, on the ground floor, a toilet with window.
The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, as well as a toaster, coffee maker and many other small appliances. In the garage there is a dryer.
Made of stone and wood, the house is perfect to get away from the noise of the city and breathe the pure air of the Pyrenees.
Common areas: Pool with unbeatable views of the Pyrenees, open from July to the end of September. Garden area and playground.

Positives- good space well equipped, garage good for motor bikes ,comfy beds
Negatives- a lot of flies about and you needed the windows open could benefit from screens on the windows . We were not aware that nothing in the village would be open so no shop no cafe no restaurant so when we arrived on a Sunday had literally nothing to eat or drink . A little welcome pack in these circumstances would have been nice and nothing was open all week .

La casa en general esta muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte la estancia muy agradable. La piscina de la urbanizacion es de lo mejor, bañarte con vistas a la montaña es genial. El pueblo es muy pequeño, no hay ningun tipo de tienda de alimentacion o similar, pero se esta genial. En general merece la pena salirte un poco de Jaca, 10 min, para estar mas tranquilo. Volveremos seguro.
P.D. Lo unico que hemos echado de menos es tener aire acondicionado. Suena raro, pero hemos tenido dias de hasta 34 grados, y en el hueco del medio dia nos hemos acordado un poco de el.
